4.1. Information Collected Automatically:Whenever you visit our website, our web servers automatically collect non-personal information such as the domain name of the internet access provider, the internet protocol address used to connect the computer to the internet, the average time spent on our website, pages viewed, information searched for, access times, and other relevant statistics.
4.2. Social Media Login Data: We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details, like your Facebook, Twitter, or other social media account. If you choose to register in this way, we will collect the information described in the section called Social Logins
4.3. Application Data: If you use our application(s), we also may collect the following information if you choose to provide us with access or permission: Mobile Device Data. We automatically collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, model, and manufacturer), operating system, version information and system configuration information, device and application identification numbers, browser type and version, hardware model Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, and Internet Protocol (IP) address (or proxy server). If you are using our application(s), we may also collect information about the phone network associated with your mobile device, your mobile device's operating system or platform, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device's unique device ID, and information about the features of our application(s) you accessed. Push Notifications. We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or certain features of the application(s). If you wish to opt out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device's settings. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our application(s), for troubleshooting, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

10.6. You may request at any time that we halt further dissemination of your data or cease to use your data.
10.7. If you submit content in a public forum or a social media post, or use a similar feature on our website, that content is publicly visible.
10.8. We may disclose Personally Identifiable Information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (a) conform with the requirements of the law or comply with legal process served on us, or (b) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of our service or members of the public.

11.1. Third Party ProcessorWe may engage the services of third parties in order to process your personal data. The processing by such third parties shall be governed by a written contract with Awujo to ensure that adequate protection and security measures are put in place by the third party for the protection of your personal data in accordance with the terms of this Policy and applicable data protection laws.
11.2. International TransfersYour information may be transferred to a foreign country or international organisation for the purpose of providing our service to you. We will ensure that there are adequate data protection laws in the recipient country or organisation before transferring your information. The country shall be among the NITDA (National Information Technology Development Agency) White List of countries with adequate data protection laws or any other relevant authorities that exist and may come into existence in the jurisdictions where the company has offices.
11.2.1. We will also only transfer your personal information where:

Provided, in all circumstances, that you have been manifestly made to understand the specific principle(s) of data protection that are likely to be relied on in the event of transfer to a third country, this provision shall not apply to any instance where you are answerable in a duly established legal action for any civil or criminal claim in another country.
11.4. We will take all necessary steps to ensure that your personal data is transmitted in a safe and secure manner. Details of the protection given to your information when it is transferred to a foreign country shall be provided to you upon request.
11.5. Where the recipient country is not on the White List and none of the conditions stipulated in clause 11.2.1 of this policy is met, Awujo will engage with NITDA and the Office of the Honourable Attorney General of the Federation (HAGF) for approval with respect to such transfer.

12.2. You have the right to request an erasure of your personal information at any time.
12.3. You have the right to request that we rectify inaccurate personal information.
12.4. You may request at any time that we halt further dissemination of your data or cease to use your personal information.
12.5. You have the right to request for copies of your personal information.
17.1. In the event where there is any accidental or unlawful destruction, processing, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to your personal data, we shall:
17.1.1. notify you within 24 (twenty-four) hours of the occurrence of the data breach;
17.1.2. properly investigate the breach and take the necessary steps to mitigate such breach;
17.1.3. dentify remediation requirements and track the resolution of such breach; and
17.1.4. notify NITDA or any other regulatory authority, where necessary.
