We will ensure that there are adequate data protection laws in the recipient country or organisation before transferring your information. The country shall be among the NITDA (National Information Technology Development Agency) White List of countries with adequate data protection laws or any other relevant authorities that exist and may come into existence in the jurisdictions where the company has offices.
